  I. Overview

Nanjing Steam Turbine Motor (Group) Co., Ltd. is a large-scale national machinery industry enterprise with gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, large and medium-sized motors and wind turbines as the leading products.

As early as the early 1960s, the first domestic gas turbine for power generation was born in the company.In the mid-1970s, production of 23mw gas turbine generator sets began.At the same time, it has been expanded by the state and established a gas turbine research institute to form a comprehensive capability for scientific research, design and production of heavy-duty gas turbine power generation equipment.In the early 1980s, the company established a cooperative production relationship with the United States General Electric Company (GE) to jointly produce the ms6001b series of gas turbines.At the same time, our company introduced the technology of British Brush Motor Co., Ltd. to produce air-cooled brushless excitation generators, and provided power generation equipment with the above-mentioned gas turbines.At present, the ms6001b series gas turbines produced by our company are the latest pg6581b type.

According to the cooperation production agreement with ge company, the gas turbine rotor, nozzle, combustion chamber, wheel control panel (computer control system) and other components are provided by American ge company, and the remaining components are produced and assembled according to the drawings, specifications and standards of ge company.The whole set of factory test data is approved by ge and shipped out.Due to the introduction of international advanced technology, the heavy-duty gas turbine generator sets produced by our company have reached the international advanced level.

Our company is committed to energy conservation and environmental management. It has also developed pg6581b-l and pg6581-m gas turbines that can use blast furnace gas, low calorific value coalbed methane and coal gas as fuel for metallurgical and coal industries. Value combustion technology has reached the international advanced level.

So far, our company has produced nearly 100 sets of gas turbine generator sets, successfully operating in Henan, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Tianjin, Shaanxi, Liaoning, Jilin, Shandong and other countries, and exported to Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa, the Middle East and other countries. It is used for basic load or peak-shaving operation, and is widely used in gas/steam combined cycle thermal power stations. It has accumulated rich experience in manufacturing, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance, and can provide installation, commissioning, operation, personnel training and One-stop service such as unit maintenance.

  Second, ms6001b gas turbine generator set

  The unit is equipped with an outdoor installation and can be arranged indoors.The unit body is a sub-assembly structure with a chassis, which is divided into four parts: control room, gas turbine room, load gear box room and generator room.The gas turbine control panel, the generator control panel, the generator protection panel and the motor control center are installed in the gas turbine control room, and the generator neutral point chamber and the outlet chamber are arranged on both sides of the generator.Gas turbine generator sets are enclosed enclosures with corresponding ventilation, lighting and fire protection systems.The control room has air conditioning.

1, ms6001b gas turbine

The ms6001b gas turbine is mainly composed of an intake system, a compressor, a combustion chamber, a turbine, an exhaust system, an auxiliary system, and a control system.

The air enters the compressor from the air intake filter and the muffler, and is compressed by the compressor to enter the combustion chamber. The fuel is injected into the combustion chamber from the fuel nozzle, and the compressed air in the combustion chamber is mixed and burned to generate high temperature and high pressure gas, and then enter the turboexpander. Work and finally discharge into the atmosphere (or waste heat boiler) through the exhaust system.

2, generator

A three-phase synchronous generator is used, with air as the cooling medium, closed circulating ventilation cooling, and an air cooler placed on the top of the stator.

The rotor windings are in the form of direct cooling inside the conductor.The stator and rotor coils are of class f insulation.

The exciter adopts brushless excitation and is equipped with a high-precision automatic voltage regulator to realize the control, regulation and protection of the generator power factor and voltage.

  Third, gas-steam combined cycle

The gas turbine can be operated either as a simple cycle or as a combined cycle.When operating in a simple cycle, the high temperature exhaust of the gas turbine is vented to the atmosphere.In the combined cycle, the high-temperature exhaust gas of the gas turbine is discharged into the waste heat boiler for use, and the steam produced by the waste heat boiler is then sent to the steam turbine for power generation or combined heat and power.The combined cycle can adopt two configurations of s106b and s206b.S106b, namely: one for one plan, one ms6001b gas turbine, one boiler, one combined with a steam turbine generator set; s206b, namely: two tow one plan, two ms6001b gas turbines respectively A combined cycle of a boiler and two boilers producing steam into a steam turbine generator set.

Gas-fired combined cycle power plants have many advantages: 1. Good environmental performance.No fly ash, less sewage, called clean power plant; 2, high thermal efficiency.The thermal efficiency of the s106b gas-steam combined cycle can reach 47%; 3. The land occupation is small; 4. The water consumption is small.Generally only about one-third of the conventional steam turbine power station of the same scale; 5, flexible operation, rapid start and stop.It can be used for basic load operation as well as peak load operation.It takes only 16 minutes for the gas turbine generator set to start from full load to full load; 6.
